Mr. Mohamad Ali Falis (in the picture on the left) works as a Technical Manager of RAK Precast, one of the biggest factories in UAE. The company has two precast factories located in UAE and one in Iraq. The main tasks of Falis include supervising of company’s technical team, resolving customers’ technical related issues, and supervising work at construction sites. Falis is actively in contact with customers and visits construction sites, as well as does design and technical drawings. With RAK Precast he has worked for 10 years, and previously he worked as Technical Engineer.
Currently the construction sector in UAE has a strong tendency to housing projects. However, Falis has experience in many different kinds of projects. He is also well familiar with Peikko’s solutions, as they have been in use in several RAK precast projects. Some of the latest projects include two car parks and an industrial factory in Dubai.
Falis is overall very satisfied with Peikko’s connection items. The work with them is smooth and fast, deliveries and replies are in-time, and the quality is good. However, what Falis mostly emphasizes is the support received from Peikko. When designing or resolving technical questions with the customers, Falis is closely in contact with Peikko’s team – and receives full support from the beginning until the issue is solved.
